Chris Garschagen - Managing Partner

As Managing Partner with Dawson Consulting, Chris is responsible for providing strategic and tactical planning direction, as well as defining and applying Service Contracts.

His expertise in strategic logistics, transport fleet operations and selections, fleet costings and scheduling and project management, has been gained through many years experience in the industry.

Prior to establishing Dawson Consulting, Chris spent five years with a logistics management consultancy. His experience also includes 10 years in the transport and distribution industry in both Australia and the United Kingdom.

As a logistics consultant, Chris has worked for a number of industry groups on a varied number of logistics projects, including resource specification, implementation and management, and outsourcing.

Chris has completed some unique logistics assimilation projects, including the planning and project management of the largest and most complex relocation in Australia. This relocation involved the move of the Queen Victoria Medical Centre and Prince Henry's Hospital (Melbourne) to the new Monash Medical Centre, in Clayton, Victoria.
